In carrying out its programs, SMP Islam Al Azhar 6 Jakapermai consistently upholds its commitment to collaboration and synergy with all elements of the school community, structured within the academic civitas of the school.

Among these elements is Jam’iyyah, the parent association, which operates under a centralized organizational structure connected to the Al Azhar Islamic Boarding School Foundation (Yayasan Pesantren Islam / YPI Al Azhar) and the Al Azhar Islamic School management foundation.

Each Jam’iyyah leadership term is officially inaugurated and confirmed through a formal Decree (SK) issued by YPI Al Azhar.

Jam’iyyah serves as a vital channel for accommodating parents’ aspirations and concerns regarding the school. Its roles include supporting school events, contributing to infrastructure improvements, monitoring students’ academic progress, and even participating in the oversight of teachers’ performance.

Moreover, Jam’iyyah regularly supports programs dedicated to the welfare of teachers and school staff — an initiative that has become a staple agenda each year. All efforts and synergies that can contribute to the success of school programs remain the primary focus of Jam’iyyah’s mission.
